Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone shared a similar experience as mine, because ETS is ruining my future.
About two years ago, I took a GRE general exam without any preparation and got a unimpressive 295/340. After months of preparation, I got a 305/340 on November of last year while suffering from a major health issue. When I became fully healthy two weeks ago, I took the third time and received a 333/340. I was not surprised about my improvement at all, because I spent huge time and effort into learning vocabulary and readings. However, I received the unfortunate news about the cancellation of my score from ETS, due to a large score difference between the recent and previous tests. ETS refused to reinstate my score, instead, they wanted me to wait for another 21 days to take the test again. I just got accepted by two of my dream schools and now both of them rescinded my admission and scholarship offers, and I need to wait for another admission cycle (a whole semester) to reapply for them.
If any of you have/had similar issues, we should start a crowdfund to hire powerful legal team to sue ETS for wasting our time and money, and, most importantly, for questioning our integrity.
