Hi!
I know that these forums and the GMAT is primarily focused on by MBA aspirants; people from all around the world that want to go to an american b-school to get their MBA.
My question is more related to europeans, or people in general who aim at working In Europe.
1) Is the MBA as lucrative in Europe amongst employers as it is in the US? Would a MBA from a top US/EU school be a sensible investment in the long run if you intend to work in some of the finance sectors in Europe?
2) Having a Bachelors in Finance and having taken a a ton of finance courses in my undergrad, which degree would make more sense for me to take? MBA or Msc in Finance? Again, the goal is to work in banking (preferbly IB) either in London, Stockholm or a big city on the continent. However, the US is excluded.
Im asking this because, while the MBA's seem very sought after and attractive from an american POV, Im not hearing as much about MBA's in Europe, for europeans and for people aiming to work in Europe.
