Hi.
One of the reasons why I want to apply to a business school is to learn from classmates and acquaintances. I want to be able to build networks and create opportunities for myself and others. I think this gives a whole lot of dimension to the experience. I am really not after quantitative classes. Although I know that it is important, I believe that if that were only the case, I'd be better off memorizing finance books at home. With this regard, I have some questions. I hope you some of you busy folks in business schools can take some time to answer my questions.
1. Where are you studying?
2. Generally, how are your classmates? Are they friendly, shy or arrogant? Have you been actually learning from them?
3. How competitive are the students? Is everyone trying to get a higher grade than everyone? Do you get the vibe that most people judge you by your grade?
4. How helpful are the people? Do you feel that you have already "built" a network? If you can give specific experiences, it would be great:)
5. If there's anything to add about the experience, I'd be glad to listen.
