Yeah, that is the big news. Everyone knew Citi was going to cut more, their CEO said as much recently. But Goldman's cuts are a shocker - especially since they are letting senior folks go as well. You'd think they made enough loot in the past few years to keep people around through some lean times but I guess not.

Sorry, just noticed this question. No, I haven't finished. I was a first year last year, and I'm currently wrapping up my summer internship. I'll be going back for the second year in the fall.
