I'd suggest checking out CASE at Duke University Fuqua and also the Society and Business Lab at USC Marshall.

I've heard that CASE at Duke was one of the pioneers in social entrepreneurship, which many schools now have classes devoted to. I think I read one of their professors even coined the term.
