Sometimes one of the most important parts of the application process is overlooked. We, as applicants, spend so much time hoping that we get into our top choices that we forget to think “Is this school right for me? Do I like the staff? Do I like the students? Do I like the Campus? Etc…” Many of these questions are answered when we visit the campus for an open house, interview, or class sit-in. Lets share our experiences.
I’d like to open up a forum for “Campus Visit Debriefs” regarding some or all of your campus visits. Tell us everything you felt, saw, liked, hated, etc… Use this template to guide your debrief:
School Visited:Date of Visit: (Month/Year)
Type of Visit: (aka, Open House, Interview, Networking, etc)
What I Really Liked About the Event:What I Really Didn’t Like About the Event: (Please be courteous)
Any Other Notable Experiences During Your Visit:When you’re done, don’t forget to ask yourself “Is this the right school for me?”. Help bring the GMATclub into the school's culture, community, and experience. We look forward to hearing your Debriefs.
