I dont think there is any accredited online mba program ( AASCB)

As far as I know, these are the top 4 online MBA's connected to real American campuses.
Arizona State University

All four of these schools require GMAT scores and carry the same accreditation as their main campuses. However, there has been a lot of discussion as to what school will be listed on your transcript when you graduate. I believe that ASU awards the same diploma and transcripts for all MBA programs. Each school has its unique benefits, but the total cost averages roughly $50k at all four programs.
Major differences between Online MBA and Part-Time classroom MBA:
-Fewer units in online program (faster completion)
-No electives in online program/no concentration(s) (true for MOST schools, but not all)

If you're really serious about pursuing one of these schools, I'd strongly suggest that you search the BusinessWeek forums for active discussions. From what I've gathered, career potential for MBA programs looks something like this: Full-time > Part-Time > Online. Of course, it depends on what your career goals are
