Hi everyone,
I'm currently deciding between Boston College and Boston University. I've been doing research on each school, but I'm wonder if any of you have any more personal insight into either school.
Goals: To work in finance or strategy in the Boston area. I've heard BC is excellent for finance, while BU is more Biotech and Tech oriented. BC seems very tight-knit with a strong alumni network, but only 100 FT students per year seems somewhat small. Meanwhile, BU seems more diverse, which I like. I've also heard BU gets more recruiters because it's a larger school, but at BC it's easier to secure jobs by connecting with alumni.
If anyone has any feedback or familiarity with either school, I would appreciate it. Also, is there a way I could negotiate more financial aid by mentioning rewards I received from other schools?
Thanks!
