Hey all
Please evaluate my profile and lemme know the B schools I am most suitable to apply for.
I am currently preparing for my GMAT.
Age : 23 - Female
Educational :
1. Chartered accountant ( 1st attempt ) - All India Rank holder -16th - PE 2
2. Holder of Dip IFRS ( from ACCA UK )
3. Consistent academic records at college graduation level ( around 86 % in final year ) - top 1-2 percentile at college level.
4. 12th - 96 %
5. 10th - 95 %
Work Experience :
1. Completed articleship ( 3 year intership as a part of CA programme ) from PwC
2. Expected experience at the time of matriculation - 18 months
3. Handled clients individually and reported to partners
4. Awarded at workplace by reporting manager / partner for being extra-ordinary
and for going that extra mile.
Extra-curricular :
1. State level Table Tennis player. Also among the top 4 university players.
Captain of the school team.
2. Awarded the President's award and Governor's award for Guides ( being the highest honour )
3. Won several awards in elocution competitions.
4. Keen interest in music. Performed several concerts

You seem to have a stellar profile, particularly your ECs. Also, CA 16th rank and UG 86% indicate that you have a good academic performance, as long as you fall in the median GMAT range of your target school. 10th & 12th are almost irrelevant at this level.
You have not mentioned what you want from your MBA, your target job/industry, and what kind of 'fit' you are looking for. Instead of asking for the suitable B-schools, I would suggest you to shortlist your target schools, based on the above things I mentioned (and many other things like program strengths, location, costs etc). Then it would be easy for anyone to comment if the list is too ambitious or a cakewalk or right for your fit. It would not make much sense to suggest NYU if you are interested in non-profit, or Harvard/Darden if you hate case studies, or Cornell/Tuck if you like big cities.

Hey....
I am thinking about an MBA in marketing / strategy / something to do with Adminsitration or Management.
I am not sure about the B schools as i have no experience at the moment ( should 3 years articleship as a part of CA programme be counted , then it would be 3 years ), though expected WE is 18 months by Fall 2012 , considering that schools have an average of 3-7 WE.
I would certainly like to get into TOP 20 schools.
