This is my first post on GMAT Club. I appreciate any advice suggestions, comments etc.

Experience: 5 Years Full-Time
My story in a nutshell:
I am co-founder and majority shareholder of a online education company. The company was founded in 2005, when I was 22. and has grown to employ over 100 US employees and 200 Indian employees. I am involved in all aspects of the company, but mainly act as lead sales and marketing director. I also act as in-house counsel and I have significant international experience traveling and working in India as a manager. Last year the company had more than 12 million dollars in revenue. I expect the company to grow by more than 500% in the next 10 years.
UGPA- 3.125 from top 25 public school-social science major- I know this isn't great but I'm hoping my GMAT score will help balance this out.
Law School GPA- 2.35-from Top 50-75 Law school I enrolled in law school shortly after I founded my company. In retrospect, it was a poor decision as I was not able to give law school the time it deserved. I focused on my business at the expense of my studies and my grades suffered seriously. I ended up graduating and passing the bar, but my academic record is spotty, especially law school. Not sure how to deal with this on applications. It should be a positive that I'm licensed and have expertise in business and corporate law, but the grades haunt me.
GMAT- 750 on my second attempt (Q49/V43) AWA 6.0, first attempt 700 Q45/V41 AWA 6.0
What are my chances at HBS? Wharton? Columbia? Berkeley? Be honest. My feelings won't be hurt. If you think I have a shot, please advice how I should frame my story and deal with my weaknesses. Thanks a bunch in advance!!
