I have taken the the GMAT three times and 620 is my highest score. I'd love to retake it but there just isn't time. I will have 2 years teaching experience in Information Systems in May 2014. I have 4+ years of full time work experience between teaching, advising, and test center administration. The degrees I hold are:
BBA in Management Information Systems, 3.64 GPA
MBA in Service Marketing and Management, 4.0 GPA
MS in Information Systems, 3.83 GPA
I am also a certified SAP Solutions Architect and I teach SD, PP, and MM modules as well as SAP Portal, Business Intelligence software, and Visual Composer. I bring this up because a program I applied to is big on SAP. The schools I applied with are:
University of Arkansas (big on SAP)
Louisiana State University
UT Arlington
University of Washington
Purdue University
University of Illinois at Chicago
University of North Carolina Greensboro
I am really hoping for UA or LSU (their program is Information Systems and Decision Sciences which I am very interested in). I know that Purdue and UW are unlikely but I wanted to try. For the rest I liked their programs.
I really appreciate any advice. I love teaching and research and really hope for an acceptance. If not I'll be retesting.

Well I heard from Purdue and they said I'd need 3 science or engineering maths and linear algebra before I could be considered. They may be more technical than I wanted. I've also applied to Louisiana Tech University.
I actually understood most of the math but I ran out of time with two questions left.
