1) Basic demographic info: age = 22, gender = male, nationality = Thailand
2) Educational Background: undergrad in Economics in Thailand (Thammasat University), GPA = 3.9 (out of 4), GMAT = 700 (V35, Q49), AWA (6), IR (8),
currently studying Masters of Statistics (Chulalongkorn University, Thailand)
3) Work experience: 3-month work experience at a tech firm in Thailand
4) Extracurriculars: teaching assistant in various courses during undergrad (3 years), submit an Economics article to a journal published in Thailand during undergrad
5) Short/Long term goals: want to work as a data scientist (want to work at the same location as I study)
6) Schools: Master in Management, Peking University, China (plan to apply R1: deadline of November)
Note1: There are not any activities in Masters in my resume yet because I am just beginning in the first semester.
Note2: I am worried about how I am fit for MiM because my background is in Econ (mostly heavily quant courses in my Undergrad)

Regarding your profile... You have a very good profile, All your basic educational, work experiences, good commercial experience, Great leadership experience and a great GMAT score. Yes it will put you in a good standing until and unless you work on your story. You have each and every element in your profile but all you have to do is it needs to be articulated into proper stories/essays.Build stories around failures and learnings to complement the natural successes you have had. the nonquantifiable parts of your application and his desire/need to do the MBA particularly with leadership experience has to be conveyed. Mainly your long term goal and how you can align your goals to the college is also very important.
