Greetings
I'm a recent B.Tech graduate of the 2020 batch. Started my first job in a startup as a Business Development executive from March 2020 to December 2020. Was promoted to a leadership position and worked as a team leader till June 2021.
The second job was in Simplilearn the role was the same Business Development executive, was working with the US clients worked there for two months.
After that involved in my dad's transportation and mining business for a couple of months.
10th- 85%
12th- 75%
Graduation- 75%
Work experience -20months
Extra circular activities-
In college was a senior member of the National social service and worked on different social issues. Also was Head of Marketing for a national level tech fest.
After college still part of a Ngo and working as a regional head.
Post-MBA goals-
The reason behind trying for an abroad college to have global exposure being from a technical background and not having much knowledge of the business will like to pursue MBA. Might return to dad's business to apply all the theory learnt.
I'm not mentioning any target college because the plan is still vague.
My major concerns-
Is my experience worth it (Taking into consideration will apply in 2023 with a total of 2.5 years of experience)to get into the top ranking college?
What should be my plan if I'm planning to go for fall 2023? (Like when shall I go for that etc.)

Hi. Good job planning your future.
I can tell you that business schools will not care about your high school grades. You should not mention them or list them. There’s no point in providing them.
You can try the WAMC tool that we have built. It will give you an immediate response about your chances of a variety of business schools depending on your level of work experience, quality of work experience, quality of your undergraduate university as well as your test scores.
There’s a lot that you have not mentioned so you will get a sense of what kind of parameters are needed to evaluate your candidacy.

On the work front, you didn't provide much information, although I see you've had several leadership positions. Speaking about it will boost your profile's leadership qualities. Your ECs are good. You have demonstrated leadership abilities throughout your undergraduate years, which is a plus. Your post-MBA goals make sense. Concerning your worries, I recommend gaining additional work experience (at least 3.5-4 years) before applying to business school. Try to take on positions and responsibilities in your career that will allow you to showcase your potential, impact, and strengthen your candidacy. On the ECs part, try to bring some social impact and don’t do it just for the sake of application, do it by heart, having some motivation behind it. And yes, ECs aren't about achieving anything huge, they're about what your hobbies and interests are, what you enjoy doing outside of work. So, try to delve deeper and find solutions to the same. You will need to build your profile to make it competitive and stand out.
