Hello forum
So a lil bit of information about my background
Graduating from a top undergraduate business school in India
Internships with Hindustan Times and Fitch ratings in Finance
Plenty of extracurricular activities including sport competition wins as well as academic ones
Recently gave the GMAT and scored a paltry 680 (Reattempt required)
I want to settle abroad and have no country specifications as such. I was recently offered a front end role in KPMG deal advisory department and thought of pursuing it in order to get some experience of the industry before going abroad to study and to increase my probability of getting a job in Finance or consulting abroad.
I want to know based on others experience whether it would beneficial for me to pursue studies abroad right now or should I put in a couple of months in the job and then go abroad and whether the job I may be pursuing will be beneficial to my career at all ?

On seeing your profile it seems that , you are a fresher and you have got a job in KPMG. Your aspiration is to get settled abroad and you want to achieve this by opting for study route in a abroad country.
See its not clear if you want to do MBA or MIM . If you want to do MIM then you can go ahead as your wish as for MIM not much experience is required and the course is designed for the people who are having less experience or are freshers .
There is a difference between MBA admission requirements in India VS abroad .
In India even though you are not having wok experience ,you can get admission in top 10 MBA colleges in India, but the scenario is different in abroad. For most of the top ranking colleges in world, your work experience play a very important in your admission .
So If you are planning for Studying MBA abroad , i will recommend you that, you accept the KPMG offer and retake the GMAT exam. once you are happy with your score then you can apply for top MBA colleges in abroad and trust me your experience will boost your changes of get admit .
