Hello mkeshri185

Look how the author’s tone is positive about Japan’s recent changes:

  • “Japan is making a comeback.”
  • “Signs of life are finally beginning to show.”
  • “Deflation is over.”
  • “Recent growth is very good news.”

The author mentioned short-term prospects positively, despite long-term challenges.

Words like “comeback,” “renewal,” and “very good news” suggest a hopeful outlook, not yet “flourishing” which would imply full recovery

Hence E didn't fits
