It is confusing. How it is decided what takes precedence? I find all B C D E good enough in different ways. hr1212 KarishmaB - Can you explain?

I guess you are talking about Question 1. Several choices do describe something in the passage, but B has the broadest scope. C is only background, D is one possible consequence of neuroplasticity, and E mainly reflects the final sentence about healing. B covers the overall discussion of neuroplasticity, what it is, what recent research shows, and why it matters.

That said, the question is not especially airtight because several choices overlap quite a bit. I would not overthink this one or spend too much time trying to draw extremely fine distinctions between the options. B is the best available answer, and I would move on.

For RC practice, it is best to stick to official GMAT, LSAT and GRE passages. There are 1000s of those.
