A Idiom Question - Either..or + assist in
A - Correct
B - in congratulating not parallel with to encourage
C - in congratulating not parallel with encouraging
D - assist to- wrong
E - to congratulate not parallel with encouraging
We would be able to go down to A and D but knowing the idiom "assist in"would help us choose A
