"The board" is singular, so "they" in AB is incorrect.

"inputs" is plural so "is not accepted" should be "are not ..." CD are out.

E is the remaining answer. I find it a bit wordy though. But according to MGMAT SC, answer choices must be eliminated first for Grammar errors, and use Concision as a last resort.

E,
I think EVEN WHEN & even though should be followed by a clause (plus other errors)
D is out because of IS.

Am I right?

The board is so accustomed to working independently that they do not accept input from shareholders even when helpful.

A) they do not accept input from shareholders even when
B) they do not accept input from shareholders even though
C) inputs from shareholders is not accepted even when
D) inputs from shareholders is not accepted even when it could be
E) it does not accept input from shareholders even when that input could be

A little confused on this one. In put be great. Thanks.

My answer is E.
A&B -- Cannot be THEY because The board is singular.
C&D -- Inouts are not is.
