One more issue with this question is that invariably from A to E, there seems to be a fatal error in word order and modification. “For violent behavior by their parents or to rebel against oppressive regimes by the media” may wrongly lead us to mean that the violent behavior is carried out by parents and the oppressive regimes are run by the media.

Can somebody throw more light?

A is the best option.
It is completely free of errors and clearer than the other four options, as well. The other four have ambiguous pronouns, A maintains complete clarity by using the term “rioters.”
