egmat karishma and other experts

Can you please explain in detail why B is wrong? I am getting instinct between A & B that B is wrong but don’t get solid evidence to why it is wrong.

If you think about picking a or b, keep the following in mind:

B) the sociology classes (plural) covers (singular) <- it should be "cover"

In my hurry solving this question, I then misleadingly thought:

A) the sociology class (singular) will cover (plural) <- but this thought is WRONG! Don't forget that "will cover" is a different tempus, and therefore "cover" is not plural.
