I am afraid both are wrong. Not only…… but also is a correlative conjunction. In correlative conjunctions, what form and logic is on the right- hand side of the first arm( not only ) should be there on the right–hand side ( but also) of the second arm.
B: Not only see (not only a verb) ….. But also Genesis (but also a noun)
D: not only did we get (not only a verb) to see U2 but also Genesis (but also a noun)
The correct way of writing this will be:
B: did we see not only U2 but also Genesis
D: not only did we get to see U2 but also glimpsed Genesis (did we get is past tense verb meaning we got)
B: Not only see (not only a verb) ….. But also Genesis (but also a noun)
D: not only did we get (not only a verb) to see U2 but also Genesis (but also a noun)

Don't read ALLLLL the questions from the source from which you have got this one because:
1. This does not represent the real questions.
2. If you master the rules of these types of sentence, you will surely make mistakes in the real exam in real questions.
You should always believe only OFFICIAL questions. You should master all the concepts explained in OG10, 11, 12, 13, Official Guide Review, and GMATPREP. Since we are in the field of GMAT, we must follow the rules set up by GMAC.

=> He not only made but also helped.
Look at the problem that you have given.
not only did we get to see U2 but also Genesis.
==> We not only got to see U2 but also Genesis.
Here, Not only + Verb..............but also + NOUN
Does it maintain parallelism? Nope.
