This is a parallelism question and has two lists--
1.OUTER: (By providing ........ AND by staying)
2.INNER:(mortgages ,home improvement loans,automobile loans,.... ,AND financial advice)
Make sure that each list has an "AND" before the last element
So you have to maintain parallelism of both the lists.
