Only answer choices B) and E) begin with "Loyola College", which is the correct comparison to "Apart from a larger student body than Christ college". E) however, compares students with the Christ college, which is an insufficient comparison.

Therefore answer choice B) ist correct.

Just one question.
Is the starting phrase of the sentence "Apart from a larger student body than Christ college" presents a correct comparison?
If yes how?

IMO, actually this choice doesn't compare students with Christ college,
It is the ambiguity which falls into question.

1) Loyola college has students stronger academically than Christ does -> this will be the comparison we were looking for,
2) Loyola college has students stronger academically than Loyola college has Christ -> wrong meaning
