Same error as A , Culture cant be worried
D. Worried over the constant and graphic stimulation that mass culture provided, the custodians of social morality expected culture to break down. - Correct Answer
Past participle"Worried" is correctly modifying the intended Noun "The Custodians" in option D and E , but in D if you notice the preposition "of the social morality" is Wrong(as its changing the intended meaning of the sentence).
