That's an easy peasy
Rule for word Require:
1. Trigger word(require) + that + subjunctive subject(always plural) + subjunctive verb
2. Trigger word(require) + to + verb
From above rules the other options are eliminated except B and C. Notice, B uses the plural verb hence chuck out this option.
Answer C: requires that an apartment rental company disclose to its tenants how far in advance it will require notice of an intent to vacate a property
