SV Pair : Computers and mobile devices & are both are plural, So they agree.
Subject - Pronoun must Agree rule is violated as its represents Computers and mobile devices. They don't agree, So its must be replaced with their.
Verb Tense : Simple Present as it is a fact (No issues)
Modifier : Verb+ing modifier with , is also modifying the entire clause. (No issues)
So by eliminating the choices A,B,E based on Sub-Pronoun must agree rule.
We are left with C,D.
to interrupt does't agree with the clause.
Hence I think D is the right choice.
