Option (C) looks correct to me. I took 2:14 mins.
C. Changes ....mean that the once popular dream of working for the same company for twenty years, receiving a gold watch as a reward, and then retiring with a pension is fading.
1. Parts are correlating with each other fine.
2. Meaning that a dream of xyz is fading.
3. working for... receiving a ... and then retiring... are parallel.

Answer: C.
This sentence is expressing the progression of actions in a dream: working for a company for 20 years, getting a gold watch, and then retiring. Choices A and D are not parallel, so eliminate them. Choice C avoids the awkward “being” and “having” used in the other two choices.
