My answer is (A). It took me 50 seconds.
(A) "All of the many cultures have contributed many elements to Persian art" means that those contribution still have impact on Persian art. This is the most expected perspective to think of the past cultures.
(B) The only difference from (A) is the change from present perfect tense to past perfect tense. We use the past perfect simple (had + past participle) to talk about time up to a certain point in the past. Yet there is no clear past point in this sentence. What's more, the use of past perfect tense indicates that past cultures' influence ceased to exist now.
(C) "each of which" is placed too far away from "many cultures".
The use of past perfect in the main clause is uncalled for.
(D) See above.
(E) SVA error in "each of which have".
