My answer is (E). It took me 36 seconds.
A rare question that texts that are not underlined have no influence on the answer choice.
(CD) can be eliminated as they use "their" as possessive pronoun for "one".
That said, with "singular they" gaining currency these days, GMAT may refrain from testing such concept.
Now, we just need to choose
one's analytical ability means
(A) succeeding
(B) to succeed
(E) one's success
In choosing (E), I acknowledge the perfect parallelism between "one's ability" and "one's success", but I have to add that (AB) does not make much sense even without taking parallelism into consideration. Their meanings are unclear at best.
