Got a long portion of the sentence that's between two commas and none of it is underlined? That section is frequently a "non-essential clause" and just gives information about the noun immediately preceding the first comma. See if you can re-read the sentence omitting that entire section. Is this SC question easier? Cool, it's the same question.
