The sentence, as it is, doesn't seem to have any flaws. Lets keep this for now.
(B) because of currently declining oil prices, alternative energy products are lower in demand
The sentence doesn't look parallel. the first clause should be modifying demand.
(C) in view of the current decline of oil prices, demand for alternative energy products is also declining
overly wordy.
(D) being that oil prices are currently lessening in amount, so too is the demand for alternative energy products
flawed use of an adverbial clause.
(E) considering the fact that current oil prices are declining, demand for alternative energy products is lessening
pointless use of the modifier.
It looks like A is the winner.
