  PREMISE 1  :People are becoming more and more immune to spam and tend to delete or mark as spam  without reading any messages that come from unknown senders and only read messages that come from addresses on their contacts list 
  PREMISE 2 :  an advertisement that is not read or viewed is useless

So until and unless messages are not read they are ineffective.
and all messages coming from outside the contact list are unread.
 
 so to make effective  : messages should be such that it would appear that they are coming from addresses that are in the contact list.

This is a very interesting question. there are 2 options that come very close. These are B and E.
Both are writing programs and are getting into inbox. But B is not the answer because as it is said that i will delete the mail if i think it is form someone whom i do not know. Therefore the answer is E.
E says that the mail is from someone i know. therefore i will open the message and therefore it will not become less expensive because i think i know the person and i will open the email and will read the email which actually is a spam email.
