Hi, IMO D because:

A.Because the noise in Zace’s factory is absorbed by soundproof walls, it cannot be heard by Zace executives in their offices. - its talking about executives who live in their offices, nothing about experienced employees who could be working in the same noisy environment
B.Many of the new employees interviewed said they would not wear earplugs on the job. -even if they said, this would actually support Zace decision, wouldnt be a flaw
C.Issuing earplugs to all new employees would be a less effective method of reducing employees’ exposure to noise than altering the machinery to be less noisy would be. -out of scope, nothing about comparing if earplugs will reduce noise or altering machinery
D.The experienced employees’ lack of discomfort is attributable to hearing loss caused by the factory noise. -right. because, if exp employees have hearing loss, then this could be a major flaw in the Zace decision to not give their new employees with earplugs
E.The machines in Zace’s factory have not become any noisier since the experienced workers were originally hired. - doesn't matter

Hope this helps!
Thanks.
