As per the argument, the conclusion made is that we must invest in hybrid technology for vehicles as it is important to cut down on fuels as hybrid vehicles use half the fossil fuels per mile than other vehicles.
The author has not taken into consideration the usage of fossil fuels and distance travelled by the people.in this case, we have to assume that people will be using the same amount of fuel otherwise the plan is not going to work.
This is a planning pattern and the assumption is that there is no problem with the plan. Let us now do POE
A-Correct
B-Affordability is out of scope
C-Extreme and out of scope
D-Horsepower is not discussed
E-Not concerned with the consumer's demand.
Hope it helps.
Keep practicing.
