Okay so the major confusion is between Choices A and B.
I also marked A initially but understood where I left the gap in A. Comparing the three statements side by side. Maybe it helps you as well.
Prompt -

Option A -

Hope the colour differences allow you to understand how the prompt is matching B and not A
