E is the answer.
A) brian doesnot disagree that Mathew is not going to win elections.He gives an extra criteria ( denomstrating chrisma ) to win elections.
B) Brian says MAthews needs to demonstrate that he is charismatic but now where he says that mathew is not chrismatic.Chris doesnot even mention word chrisma so point of disagreement doesnot even arise.
C)brian agrees that Mathew has skills to win elections but he says he just needs to demonstrate an extra skill too.
D)Irrelevant.Brian no where discusses money.
E)This is correct.
There are three criteria (say) to win elections:
smartness,
raising money and
being charismatic and humble.
Mathew has shown first 2 but he needs to demonstrate third one too as all three are required so all these are necessary conditions not sufficient ones.
