(A) If a car in a preferred color is not available, a buyer is usually willing to accept the car in another color. - seems tempting to me so I kept it.

(B) New cars differ significantly from each other with respect to quality. - argument does not say this.

(C) There is a single color generally associated with the highest quality rating in the study. - hmm, lets revisit the conclusion: "no variety in ads" means only single colour of car will be displayed

(D) An advertisement for a particular car should display all of its significant advantages. - argument does not say this.

(E) Potential buyers give more weight to color than to price in making a decision about a car. - argument does not say this. potential buyers preference is not talked about and no mention of price in argument.

Between A and C, A talks about willingness of the potential buyer of the car to buy in another colour and C talks about link between colour and highest quality so I prefer C
