The main highlight of the passage is given in the first line itself,  "Since the new convenience store opened near the school, fewer students are drinking the free orange juice that is provided to them by the school."

Since the students are prefering soft drinks over orange juice without any further inference from the passage regarding what's the reason for their change in preference, we can't conclude whether the soft drink do any harm or the orange juice nutritional value is arguable. Hence B, D and E can be eliminated.

Among A and C, 
Though C states the concern point of the passage, it's not the main highlight. The children should do this is a future reference,  the passage states the present scenario which is that the "Students are increasingly prefering soft drinks outside at the convenience store than to drink free orange juice in the school cafeteria."

Since  fewer students  are drinking orange juice and it says that  many students  are seen drinking soft drinks so the number of students drinking soft drinks is increasing.

B. The benefits of orange juice are  overstated . Opposite logic, if the benefits are being overstated then is ok to drink soft drink since the orange juice is not that good/healthy.

C. Students  should  drink the free orange juice offered by the school instead of drinking soft drinks from the convenience store in the morning.
sounds like an advise not a conclusion.

D. It is without question that a glass of orange juice has a much higher nutritional value than a soft drink.
the nutritional values are not at question but that more students are shifting to soft drinks
