Concert promoter: Some critics claim that our concert series lacks popular appeal. But our income from the sales of t-shirts and other memorabilia at the concerts is equal to or greater than that for similar sales at comparable series. So those critics are mistaken.
The concert promoter’s argument is flawed in that it

Conclusion: Critics were wrong
Premise: Our the sales of X from our concert series >= the sales of X from comparable concert series
Assumption, the critics were wrong only if the comparable concert series were popular appeal, because if comparable concert series were not popular appeal, the higher sales would not confirm anything. Fore example, if someone says X is negative, they reject it by showing that X > Y (Y must be >0)

between B and C, C is correct because argument compares with another series' sales. I tclearly assumes that the series is popular and thus because their sales are comparable to that other series sales, their concert is also popular.
B is a close one. I eliminated B because argument never says or implies that the sales are a sole indicator. Sales are just an IMPORTANT indicator according to the stimulus.
