A)Correct. If there are vending machines accessible to employees, and they consume more cooldrinks then there health will deteriorate.
B) Not relevant as it is out of scope. The focus is on whether or not installing vending machines will lead to greater consumption by employees.
C) This choice too is out of scope. Not installing the vending machines will not stop people from consuming cooldrinks elsewhere. The argument is not that employees should not consume cooldrinks at all, but that if the vending machines are installed that people will drink more cooldrinks and thus be less healthy.
D) Even if employees were to bring their own cooldrinks with them to work, they will still be less likely to consume a larger amount than if the vending machines were installed.
