Option C tells about possible Mutation of virus, so we do not know in the new state Virus pose any threat or not
(C) is correct IMO

Conclusion:
An infected person should not be held responsible for the transmission of a virus that becomes ineffective after a week at normal human body temperature.
How to weaken it:
We need an answer choice that weakens our belief in the above conclusion. The conclusion rests on "normal body temperature". What if the body temperature of the infected person is altered? How will it impact the transmissibility of the virus?
