So this questions sways from one aspect to another which has no linkage
In the first part :-
National govt. Plans to purchase a new earthquake warning system with various new and advanced features.
After reading the first sentence one may expect the how part of the plan ie how the National govt will complete this plan ie complete the purchase.
But strangely some other aspect has been mentioned in the later part of the passage.
The second part:-
It says that the security companies need to follow one condition if they get the research funding from the govt----->> if they market this system to corporations then they must provide the additional features at no extra cost to buyers.
Question Stem:-
If any of the below statement is true then which one would point a flaw in govt's plan.
What is govt's plan ?
Security companies wanting to market the system to corporations must provide the additional features at no extra cost to buyers.
Obvious pre-thinking is that what if security companies adjust the price such the price is inclusive of the additional features and for the sake of saying they can claim that the additional features are free of cost.
If this happens then it would point a flaw in govt's plan
