Evaluate question-->Find a statement that will-->Increase / Decrease the belief in the conclusion.
Here we need to evaluate Kevin's argument ie
The severity of damage to his crops was due to the fish-based fertilizer.
Hence if we can compare the severity of crop damage in farms where fish based fertilizers were not used to the farms where FBF were used --> we will be able to conclude whether FBF have any role in impacting the severity of damage.
Choice D provides us with the required information.
