The Supreme Court’s recent decision is unfair. It treats non-resident aliens as a special group when it denies them some rights ordinary citizens have. This treatment is discriminatory, and we all know that discrimination is unfair.

Treating non-residents as special group --> denies rights --> leads to discrimination --> discrimination is unfair --> hence decision is unfair
The argument generalizes that any decision that isolates a group would be unfair
Basically, if discrimination is necessary for being unfair, it is also sufficient to treat something as unfair (just as the court's decision).
(A) Doing good would be our highest duty under the moral law, and that duty would be irrational unless we had the ability to discharge it; but since a finite creature could never discharge that duty in his lifetime, we must conclude that if there is moral law, the soul is immortal.
--> This one's close. The argument states that since the creature is finite, there cannot be enough time for a mortal to discharge the duties. However, since the actual condition is hypothetical (if there is a moral law) we cannot conclude that his argument is similar in reasoning.
(B) Required core courses are a good idea because students just entering college do not have as good an idea about what constitutes a good education as do the professional educators; therefore, students should not be left complete freedom to select coursework.
--> Since some courses are left to the student's choices, the statement does not consider the required courses as sufficient although necessary.
(C) This country is the most free nation on earth largely as a result of the fact that the founding fathers had the foresight to include a Bill of Rights in the Constitution.
--> Bill of Rights may be necessary to conduct a free nation but it cannot be sufficient in itself.
