While option B may be the intent that the founder wanted to convey, Option E is the strategy that he employed to convey the same.
A. Arguing in circles and not answering his question directly.
He is not arguing but is giving a similar situation, leaving the rest to fashion designer's interpretation
B. Elucidating that any worthwhile result takes time.
He didn't explain but just gave a similar situation
