Trainton Builders are in the business of building homes in many southern towns including towns of Frentonsburg and Greensburg. The cost of purchasing similar homes from Trainton in Frentonsburg and Greensburg is almost the same. But land in Frentonsburg is extremely cheap compared to that in Greensburg. E is correct.
Land Price is extremely cheap in Frentonsburg compared to Greensburg. Selling Price of houses almost same. So if we get to know about the cost of construction difference between the two towns, we can evaluate the accuracy of the report. Because Profit = SP - ( Land Price + Construction Cost)

If the number of houses are more, then the profit per house won't be affected. What if profit is increased but number of homes are increased more, the profit/house will decrease
