(A) external sources of Vitamin D - may be true or may be not, may be mothers milk/any other substance aids.
(B) Keep for now, bridges the connection btween Vitamin D, Enfamil baby food , Krimprotein & growth
(C) Stimulus mentions "Only Enfamil baby food has Krimprotein", keep for now.
(D) Same as (A) may be they can have some other source.
(E) get Vitamin D from any other source other than Krimprotein - Same as (A) may be they can have some other source.
Between (B) & (C) , (C) is more stronger as it talks about presence of Krimprotein & absence of the same in competitors products and consumption by baies which is slight more restrictive than (B) .
Whereas (B) talks about providing Vitamin D from a single source.
Thus, will mark (C) over (B)

I guess people who marked B as an answer, like me, mistakenly took this Must be true question as an assumption question.
B bridges the gap between Vitamin D and Enfamil, more likely to be an assumption.
C provides a logical inference from the statement "only Enfamil baby food has Krimprotein"
