C: Says if people who reduce their intake of saturated fat often increases the number of calories they consume, which agrees with conclusion of why there is an increased number of obese shopkeeper, even if people are heating healthy reading the label, they are consuming more calories hence the increase in obesity.

D: Says if the obesity rate in Arcadia County has decreased steadily over the past decade. I tried to think if the overall obesity rate decreases, then few people are healthy and few are obese, as there's a line mentioning number of obese shoppers increased, so people who are already obese are buying more, repeated customers, but C is a better answer.
