A group of 6 friends - Adam, Barbara, Sam, Cohen, Denise, and Kate have been invited to a job interview at Company X. At least two people must accept their invites. Each of their decision to either go or not go is dependent on the following conditions:

Cohen goes if both Denise and Kate go. 
 Barbara goes if Adam does not go. 
 Kate does not go only if Sam goes. 
 At least one of Adam and Kate do not go.  
Which of the following is always true given the above restrictions?

A) Both Adam and Kate do not go

B) Sam goes if Adam goes

C) Barbara goes if Sam goes

Which of the following is always true given the above restrictions?

(A)  Both Adam and Kate do not go

NOT TRUE . 4th condition says at least one of them does not go. So there may be cases when one of them goes to interview

(B)  Sam goes if Adam goes

TRUE .   If Adam goes Kate doesn't go. Kate does not go only if Sam goes. So Sam goes.

(C)  Barbara goes if Sam goes

NOT TRUE . If Sam goes Kate doesn't. When Kate doesn't go Adam may or may not go. Hence Barbara may or may not go.

(D)  At least one of Barbara and Cohen go

NOT TRUE . At least two must go to interview. If Sam and Adam goes to interview, Kate doesn't go and because of that Cohen does not go. When Adam is going Barbara may or may not go. So it is not true always.

(E)  Cohen goes if Denise goes

NOT TRUE . If Kate doesn't go along with Denise, Cohen doesn't go

If Sam does not go, Kate must go.

At least one of Adam and Kate do not go. 
If Kate is going, Adam cannot go. Then Barbara goes too.

Also as per this condition then,
If Adam goes, then Kate cannot go. Then Sam must go (necessary).

Hence, we get if Adam goes, then Sam must go too.

Please correct me if wrong:

At least one of Adam and Kate do not go - Adam or Kate dont go, Both dont go (as they mentioned atleast). So i choosed option D

A) Both Adam and Kate do not go.  Not True   As mentioned in the condition that at least one of Adam and Kate do not go .

B) Sam goes if Adam goes.  True   It is mentioned in the condition that at least one of Adam and Kate do not go and if Adam goes then Kate does not go and Sam goes.

C) Barbara goes if Sam goes.  Not True   Doesn't seem to match up with the condition.

D) At least one of Barbara and Cohen go.  Not True   Barbara goes if Adam does not go. And Cohen goes if both Denise and Kate go .

E) Cohen goes if Denise goes.  Not True   It doesn't match up with the given condition.

Hence, Option B is correct
