We don't have anything in the argument that talks about practicality of the software, so this can't be the conclusion. INCORRECT
B. Computers equipped with the recognition software will soon be installed in most financial firms that deal with sensitive electronic information.
Again same as A., we don't have anything in argument to make this inference, what if they're already installed in most fin. firms? INCORRECT

It is mentioned in the argument that the fingerprint software considers additional parameters apart from the detailed structure of the fingerprint. Hence, we can infer that no hacker solely by virtue of skill in replicating the structure of fingerprints can break into the system. CORRECT
